Group Class Terms & Conditions
- The Group Kids Course fees include one digital material copy. A hard copy is available at an additional cost through our recommended supplier.
- Public groups are open to students aged 6–16 and consist of 16 hours for a Central European Framework (CEFR) level, with 2–7 students per group.
- After enrolment, students can request to switch to another group or schedule, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original class start date.
- All of our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If a teacher is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, a replacement teacher will be provided, fully briefed on the group's progress.
- Once a student has started in a group, they cannot request to change to a different group or schedule.
- Course fees are non-refundable once the group has started.
- Recordings of group classes are available for later viewing, but we require permission from all students before the course begins.
- Each program ends with a final exam, including written and verbal sections. To progress to the next CEFR level, a student must score at least 70% on the exam.
